On offer is a varied and technical role within a friendly team who will offer you full training from either Graduate level or more experienced to step into a manufacturing role working with a variety of industries, with full training and support to thrive in the role and upskill in order to progress within the role and gain future opportunities such as Management routes.This company are a Manufacturer who work with big names across various industries such as automotive and power generation. Due to continued growth in line with continuous improvement they are looking for a motivated engineer to join their team.In this role you will be involved in all NPI activities to assist in bringing products from the design / conception stages into manufacture, while striving for continual improvements of quality and yield. The role will be hands on, split between the shop floor and office. The role would suit someone who is a Graduate with a degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or related.
