- Managing client/business relationships
- Responding to the needs of clients
- Candidate attraction
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on job opportunities
- Profiling candidates
- Managing the entire recruitment process
- Salary negotiation between client and candidate
- Networking for new business opportunities

- Strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development
