My client based on Hartlebury Trading Estate is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Sales Coordinator
You will be the first point of contact for customers, dealing with email enquiries and dealing with counter sales enquiries
The main responsibilities associated with this role includes
- Process customer orders
- Deal with enquires over the phone, email and sometimes in person (client visits)
- Produce quotes in a timely manner and follow up appropriately
- Provide product information to clients in a clear and professional manner
- keep customer updated on order status
- Maintain accurate records at all times
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- previous experience in a similar role ideally within Manufacturing
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on people at all levels of business
- Good numerical skills
- Strong negotiating skills with an ability to overcome objections
The salary for this role is up to £27,500
