Assess and cater to the needs of our elderly residents to enhance their quality of life.
Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual needs comprehensively.
Lead shifts effectively and positively, taking full responsibility for the team's performance.

- Capacity to lead shifts confidently
- Proficient in establishing and maintaining positive professional relationships
- Competent in using computers
Experience:
- Dedication and determination to deliver exceptional care and surpass expectations
- Background in Dementia/End of Life care
- Familiarity with electronic care planning systems, preferably PCS
- Experience in crafting and executing person-centered care plans
