The Role
Were looking for a Head Chef whos ready to take charge of a lively kitchen and lead from the front. Youll be hands-on, driving menu ideas, keeping standards high, and making sure every plate that leaves the pass is something to be proud of. Its the perfect role if you love being creative while keeping the team motivated and the kitchen running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Leading and inspiring the kitchen team day-to-day.
  • Creating menus that balance much-loved classics with exciting seasonal dishes.
  • Keeping flavour, presentation, and consistency spot on.
  • Managing stock, ordering from suppliers, and keeping an eye on costs.
  • Making sure hygiene and safety standards are always top-notch.
  • Working closely with the management team to deliver an amazing guest experience.
  • Training and developing the team so everyones growing their skills.
What Were Looking For
  • Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef in a busy hospitality environment.
