Compensation and Benefits:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted marketing activities as directed by the Sales Manager to maximize opportunities for both new sales and part exchanges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing holiday home owners and local businesses to explore new sales leads.
  • Proactively contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in holiday home ownership and engage with guests currently staying at our parks.
  • Participate in a variety of business development activities to continually expand the customer base.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets as set by your Sales Manager.
  • Discuss financing options with potential buyers, handling financial matters discreetly and professionally.

  • Strong organisational skills to manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members.
