Customer Experience Officer Summer / Student Placement
Pay: 11.98 per hour, 37 hours per week
Location: Stowmarket - office based only
Length: from 24th June till 20th September (dates can be negotiable)

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Customer Service team based in Stowmarket.
Your main responsibility would be handling contact and assisting customers, predominantly parent and carers via telephone and email relating to a broad range of school transport type enquiries. With scope of covering administration tasks where required.
This is very busy; target driven environment and you will be responsible for providing a first-class customer service to all residents by having excellent communication skills which require a good tone of voice, excellent listening skills, patience, and the ability to paraphrase questions/seek clarification, to define queries to provide accurate support/advice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone and keyboard skills, with the ability to question and listen to the response from the customer, whilst simultaneously entering their data accurately into the relevant system, be highly IT literate and have a high standard of written English with good grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
This post if offered as full-time position working 37 hours a week with a variety of shifts covering the hours of 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday, based in Stowmarket office.
