Job Title: Payroll Manager (Sole Role)Contract: 6-8 Months FTC InitiallyLocation: StowmarketHybrid: Yes  JGA are exclusively partnered with a family owned business, seeking a Interim Payroll Manager, to solely handle their small outsourced payroll for the business.  Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process all payroll data for the business, ensuring timely and compliant payroll runs.
  • Manage and resolve all payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders, delivering prompt and effective support.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity, ensuring all inputs are verified and processed correctly in line with statutory and company requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and information flow.
  • Provide support on payroll and cross-departmental projects, contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.
  Experience Required:
  • Extensive end-to-end payroll experience, managing the full payroll cycle from data input to final reporting.
  • Proficient in working with ADP payroll software, both as an in-house system and in collaboration with ADP as an outsourced payroll provider.
  • Experienced in operating independently in a sole payroll position, as well as within small, close-knit teams.
  • Committed to high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all payroll data is entered and processed correctly, minimising errors and ensuring compliance.
