Title: Interim Payroll Manager (6 Month FTC)Salary: Up to £50,000 p/aLocation: StowmarketJGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Interim Payroll Manager to its team for a 6 Month FTC.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll data in compliance with statutory and company regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing prompt and effective support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Uphold data accuracy and integrity by verifying and processing payroll inputs in line with legal and internal standards.
  • Work collaboratively with Finance and other departments to maintain smooth payroll operations and efficient information sharing.
  • Support payroll and cross-functional projects, driving process improvements and contributing to system enhancements.
Experience Required:
  • Comprehensive end-to-end payroll expertise, overseeing the entire payroll cycle from data entry through to final reporting.
  • Skilled in using ADP payroll systems, with experience both in-house and in partnership with ADP as an outsourced provider.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in sole payroll roles as well as collaboratively within small, cohesive teams.
  • Dedicated to maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring error-free payroll processing and full compliance with relevant regulations.
