Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a Town Planner to join a successful and specialist Town Planning Consultancy in Bury St Edmunds!
The current team is working on an extremely varied portfolio of work for an impressive client base, which includes house builders, developers, and private individuals within the residential, commercial, leisure, agricultural and energy sectors, across the UK.
Job Specification:
- Preparing planning applications and representations on development plans
- Advising & Delivering clients planning, budget and timescale expectations
- Project Management of multidisciplinary teams
- Effective and efficient administration and procedural requirements
- New business development
- Up to date knowledge of planning practice
We are seeking a qualified planner (or soon to be MRTPI) who is an outstanding written and spoken communicator, coupled with honed negotiation skills, and a successful track record of delivered developments.
