The barista we are looking for will have experience gained in busy restaurants, hotels, pubs or contract catering operations serving proper barista coffee.

It will suit someone looking for a great work life balance and a lovely company and bunch of people to work for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
• Giving exceptional customer service
  
• Taking orders from customers.
• Cleaning work areas and coffee machines
• Managing stock
• Complying with legislation and company standards
• Advising customers
  

KEY EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

• Experience as a barista in busy restaurants, pubs, hotels, contract catering operations etc
• Passion for making and serving great coffee
  
• An technical understanding of coffee
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
