You'll not only manage operational aspects but also inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their highest potential.   • Enhance branch performance through strategic improvements.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and contribute to training programs for the team.
  • Conduct market appraisals and valuations.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and updates with clients.
  • Foster client satisfaction by building and nurturing professional relationships.

Skills & Attributes

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Estate Agency Sales.
  • Possess a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Possess at least 12 months of experience at Valuer level or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team for 1-2 years.
  • Self-assured in your capabilities and driven to achieve success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Worcestershire and Warwickshire area.
  • Passionate about the property industry and proactive in securing business.
  • Excellent track record of winning business.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and accountable in your approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and have good keyboard skills.
  • Collaborative team player, offering support and recognising the contributions of others.

Hours of Work

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm
  • Lieu day when Saturdays worked.
