experienced Miller and Turner

ACR Recruitment and training are looking for an experienced Miller and Turner on a temp-perm placement who can operate and set Mazak and Doosan machines. Our client is based in Stratford upon Avon and deals with a variety of Engineering clients, from car manufacturers, defence and furniture. To apply for this role you will already have proven experience as a CNC miller/Turner and be able to competently carry out the following skills:

CNC Miller Setter Operator 

•  Setting and operating CNC Machines

• Editing programs all controls using Mazak or Doosan Controls 

• Experience interpreting Engineering Drawings 

• Work to tight tolerances and inspection of own work 

• To work to your own initiative and understanding of manufacturing processes 

• Experience working with a variety of materials 

• Able to be responsible for their own routing inspection

Hours of work

• Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8-1pm std 39 hours. salary £12.00-£13.00 per hour depending on experience.
