Repairs Co-Ordinator Required

Location - Warwickshire, CV37 (Less than 15mins walks from Stratford-upon-Avon Station)

Working – Mon to Fri, 9-5 (40hrs per week)

Rate - £13.70PAYE or £16.00umbrella

Starting - Jun 2024

Duration – Temp to Perm

Duties may include but are not limited to;

To be a clear point of contact for any initial job chase or issue relating to our core contractors for all stakeholder (CSH and Property Management Team).

Liaising between the CSH, Property Management Team and Contractors to resolve any customer issues.

Responsible for effective completion of follow on works for OOH orders.

Create and process Letters (referrals / appointments / permissions).
