Due to continued growth, this leading multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to work as part of their Stratford Upon Avon based planning team. The team work to deliver expert advice and guidance to their clients on a wide range of planning and development issues.

To be considered for this role candidates will ideally:

  • Have a relevant BSc / MSc (or equivalent) RTPI accredited degree
  • Have Chartered Membership to the RTPI (or be working towards this)
  • Have previous experience within a planning role (either private or public sector)

Duties:

  • Delivering major and minor developments across the UK in the residential, healthcare, commercial and energy sectors
  • Advising clients on submitting planning applications and appeals, site allocations, strategic planning and housing land supply
  • Undertaking planning appraisals
  • Advising on the development potential of land and buildings
  • Providing policy advice and research
  • Liaising with clients and local authorities
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
