***Freelance Project Quantity Surveyor***
Location: East London

Our client, a leading residential developer are currently looking for a project surveyor to join the team on a freelance. You will be working under a highly skilled commercial lead who will support you and ensure you succeed within the role.
The project contains 100+ residential units (1 & 2 bedroom apartments) built to a high spec with an RC frame core. The block is over 20 stories in height.
You will step in quickly and be responsible for managing the facade packages and then placing orders for the internal fit out packages.
This role could be a 6 month temp to perm for the right candiate.
Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar and come from a strong residential contracting QS background or development.
