Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable brand within the Insurance/Financial Services industry on the expansion of their Talent Acquisition team.

Following a secondment, an opening has come up for a contractor to join the TA team and to add value to their Early Careers and Campaigns function which supports the whole organisation on volume hires. You will work in an established team on multiple projects and utilise creative methods to attract talent into the organisation.

You will be required to screen candidates, enhance the brand's social media presence and represent the organisation in a positive way on away days that are designed to attract new talent into the business.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • At least 2 years experience within a Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment role
  • Experience working on high volume recruitment campaigns or graduate recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of candidates and stakeholders
  • Any experience within a highly regulated environment would be desirable

This is an exciting role for a candidate looking to expand their recruitment/talent acquisition experience with an established brand. We are looking for someone to start ASAP and the initial contract length will run to January 2026. You will be required to work onsite in Stratford Upon Avon one day a week but this may increase for specific campaigns. The client are willing to consider candidates who require flexible hours.
