Shift Details: Day shift, Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00, Friday finish at 13:00

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mig Welder to join our dynamic team at our client's facility based in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a Mig Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards of welding craftsmanship and contributing to the overall success of the operations.

Key Responsibilities as a Mig Welder:

  • Perform Mig welding on a variety of materials, following technical drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect and test welded joints for quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met.
  • Maintain and operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment.

Mig Welder - Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mig Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to weld a variety of materials to high-quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications in welding will be an advantage.
