About the Role:

Join our client's team in Stroud as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, where you'll be a vital part of our Manufacturing Team. Your main task will be to decode customer drawings, pick the right tools, and craft on-machine programming for Aerospace Components.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, your day-to-day will include:

  • Operating CNC Machinery (CNC Lathe or Milling Machine) to craft top-notch Aerospace Quality Machined Components.
  • Handpicking the necessary tooling to ace machining operations.
  • Crafting and tweaking Machining programs to match project specifications.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with internal processes.
  • Keeping a keen eye on Safety Policies, making sure our workplace is secure for all.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with FANUC-controlled CNC Machinery.
  • Proven talent in deciphering technical specs and drawings to create CNC Programs.
  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable:

  • A previous stint in an Aerospace AS9100-approved facility would be a plus.
