Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled PE teacher to join a prestigious secondary school in Stroud. This position is available after May half term until January 2025, with the potential for extension!

Role Responsibilities:* Inspire a love for physical activity and healthy lifestyles by delivering outstanding PE lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.* Develop and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse range of student needs and abilities, employing various teaching strategies.* Encourage active participation and foster positive attitudes toward physical education and personal well-being.* Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback, supporting their progress and development.* Facilitate effective communication with parents/guardians through parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Candidate Requirements:

* Preferred possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or comparable teaching qualifications; experienced Sports Coaches will also be considered.* Specialisation or significant experience in teaching PE across Key Stages 3 and 4.* Strong understanding of PE, coupled with a passion for promoting physical well-being and personal development.* Exceptional classroom management skills, creating a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
