To work with vulnerable Young People (16+) and Adults (YP/A) from a variety of backgrounds supporting them to live independently and make informed choices about their future. To build YP/As confidence and resilience enabling them to access education, training and / or employment opportunities. To engage effectively with YP/As, and to demonstrate a positive attitude and acceptance towards them.
