We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants – Drivers (Rural role location, no public transport available) who are looking for a new challenge or additional income. Day to day of the role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents within various healthcare settings across Suffolk, including Residential Care Homes, Nursing Homes, and Mental Health Care Homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions and well-being.
  • Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to care at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Commitment to complete compliance requirements with Reed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
