Description
The key duties will include but not be limited to-
- PA duties for 2 C-Suite leaders
- Diary management
- Preparing presentations
- Collating data
- Office Management duties
- Arranging staff and office events
- Ordering supplies, equipment
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Managing facilities providers
Profile
The successful candidate must have a positive and flexible attitude to towards work. They must have worked in a similar position before and be hands on, ready to adapt to the task in hand.
