The School and Role
Vision for Education are working closely with a newly developed Alternative Provision who are seeing a HLTA to join their team to work on a full time, long term basis from September 2024. They have a small cohort of pupils who have a focus on therapeutic learning to support their integration and engagement. As a HLTA you will be responsible for delivering lessons and working closely with students on a 1:1 and in small groups.
The desired HLTA will have:
- Good behaviour management skills
- Experience in SEND
- Experience if working in small groups and delivering work
