Sellick Partnership are partnering with a well-known organisation based in Tyne & Wear for the recruitment of a Business Analyst on a permanent basis.

The Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders across the company to provide business analysis improvement input and expertise into both change/ transformation, business improvement and IT projects.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of analysis and improvement activities in relation to BAU and full lifecycle project work.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of what is important to their customers, internal stakeholders and external business partners.

Experience:

  • Understanding and hands on experience of a range of business improvement and analysis tools, techniques, frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in a dedicated Business Analysis role
  • Project management knowledge and experience is desirable (Prince2 qualification or similar would be a bonus)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
  • Business Process mapping end to end of "As Is" and "To Be"
