The tombola people team (based at the fantastic offices in Sunderland) has an incredible opportunity for two highly experienced, strategic and self-motivated People Partners to join tombola. The tombola people team is an end-to-end commercially focused team, partnering with senior leaders to influence positive cultural change and set the business up for future success and growth.

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will ensure the experience is at the forefront of thinking and decision making with the leadership and bring the tombola people strategy to life in the business. You will have a growth mindset, be an agent for change and be passionate about building capability.

These roles will work closely alongside business leaders to shape and deliver local people plans and embed tombola wide people strategy that support tombola’s evolving culture.

You’ll be a key player in driving initiatives focused on talent, organisational design, performance, and engagement. The successful person will be confident working in an ever-evolving environment, and who brings both big-picture thinking and a hands-on approach. If you’re passionate about people, commercially savvy, and excited by the idea of making a real impact, we’d love to talk.
