A new role has been created for an ambitious, dynamic, creative, and commercial marketing professional to join a busy Marketing Team at a national, professional services firm in Doxford Park.
Previous experience of working within a professional services business is desirable but not essential.

The role is office based 5 days per week with quarterly business travel.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Marketing in the implementation of the marketing strategy and
national offices, supporting campaigns, and local initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and end to end
campaigns to create awareness and drive engagement of B2B, B2C and internal
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key
- Produce innovative ideas and concepts for national events. Plan, coordinate, and
execute them effectively delivering an outstanding delegate experience.
- Website content. Use our CMS to update the website with content, ensure it’s
optimised for SEO and track its performance in Google Analytics.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to KPI’s, including creative agencies, print
and stock management, PR, Media, merchandise, graphic designers and AV.
- Email, create and send out our monthly newsletter through MailChimp.
- Liaise with agencies to communicate branding messages effectively.
- Social; post and repurpose content across our social channels.
- Manage the measurement of the effectiveness of marketing activities. Analysis/ROI;
pull together data for the Head of Marketing and track the marketing spend.
- Identify and champion opportunities to enhance customer experience along the
customer journey.
- Create, develop and manage marketing assets. Manage and post through organic
social channels.
The ideal person
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role ideally 5- 10 years’ experience.
- Previous experience of working within a financial services business is desirable but not essential
- Degree educated.
- Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Experience in social media coordination.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Your copywriting skills will be top notch.
- Good experience of working with sales teams.
