Job Description

Defour Partnership (Social Care) is working closely with an amazing Charity recruiting for an Operations Manager based in Sunderland.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced social care professional who has the skills and abilities to manage not only health and social care, but also lead a multi-functional team, including catering, housekeeping, property, administration and maintenance colleagues. We are looking for a suitably qualified and compassionate professional who can assist in developing a supported living community in Sunderland

We are keen to talk with candidates who understand value-led leadership and embody hospitality, compassion and respect. Candidates who apply these values and can coordinate the various functional teams will enjoy this position.

Essential Criteria:

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
  • Strong value driven ethos
  • At least five year experience at management level
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Promote health and wellbeing in people's lives
  • Understand how to develop and transform teams
  • Working knowledge of CQC and compliance matters
  • Ability to motivate self and others
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • A full valid driving licence and use of own vehicle
