We are assisting a leading estate agency based near Sunderland, dedicated to providing top-notch property services. Their team is known for its professionalism, market expertise, and commitment to client satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Director. The successful candidate will be the Director’s right hand, ensuring efficient management of their schedule and assisting with the daily operations of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director, handling correspondence and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for meetings and property viewings.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff on behalf of the Director.
  • Conduct research and compile data to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and database management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • A positive attitude and a problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
