The Client:We are proud to partner with a major consumer services organisation on their search for an Interim Performance and Reward Manager to cover maternity leave (min 9 months).This is an exciting role for an experienced candidate with a passion for analysing and reporting data.The Role:The main purpose of the role will be to:
  • Support the development and implementation of a talent and reward strategy that attracts, retains and motivates employees to contribute to, and share in, successes that are aligned to the corporate values of the business.
  • Manage core performance and reward processes, driving standards of implementation and compliance, alongside the use of data and trends to ensure talent and reward proposition is fit for purpose.  
  • Contribute to strategy, but also work at a tactical level to deliver against the annual performance and reward cycle.
The Ideal Candidate:Will be:
  • Analytical and data driven with an eye for detail.
  • Highly commercial with the ability to align reward policy to business objectives.
  • Experienced in reward and related HR processes and practice 
  • Effective in benchmarking and evaluation methods 
  • Have a clear understanding of legislation to ensure pay and benefits programmes remain up to date.
  • Confident in leading change projects.
  • Experienced in job evaluation 
  • Experienced in HR systems; ability to navigate and reporting requirements
