Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well known not for profit organisation to recruit for a newly created Business Analysis Manager position on a permanent basis.

The Business Analysis Manager position will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver high quality business analysis services to the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BA team to deliver and identify improvements across the business with tangible beenfits
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and delivering across multiple workstreams
  • Ensuring the delivery of focussed and quality BA services across the organisation via the use of robust processes, tools and methodologies
  • Producing performance metrics for Business Analysis across the organisation
  • Lead in building a culture of continious improvement and delivering operational efficiencies

What we are looking for:

  • Working experience of using problem-solving methodolgies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Agile etc
  • Strong business analysis skills and understanding of a business analysis role within software delivery lifecycle and businss transformation
  • Experience in a lead or senior business analyst role
  • Experience in management or team leadership
