AA Euro Group is currently seeking Fire Stoppers for our client in Sunderland, UK. As a Fire Stopper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of commercial and data center projects by installing and maintaining fire-resistant materials.
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced fire stoppers to join our team in Sunderland. As a fire stopper, you will be involved in both commercial and data centre projects, focusing on the installation of new fire-resistant materials and carrying out remediation works.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair fire batt and mastic, fire barrier and compound.
- Install fire and acoustic barriers.
- Install fire curtains.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in fire stopping.
- NVQ Level 2 in passive fire protection.
- Valid CSCS card (IPAF preferred).
- Proficiency in the installation and repair of fire-resistant materials.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
- Immediate availability for an immediate start.
- Long-term commitment to the role.
