You’ll follow the full training cycle including the coordination and evaluation of the training, all with the objective of strengthening team knowledge and performance.

• Support the design and delivery of sales and product training sessions
• Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing support to the sales team
• Help prepare training materials and manage schedules and records
• Coordinate familiarisation trips and liaise with external partners
• Build your own product knowledge to eventually lead training
• Stay updated on travel trends and product developments

Experience Required:

• Experience in sales, coaching, mentoring or training, within travel
• Good knowledge of southern-hemisphere travel destinations i.e. Africa/Australasia
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative approach and team-focused mindset
• Strong organisational ability and multitasking skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges
• Strong eye for detail
