Key Responsibilities of Service Reception Manager working for our client:
- Manage the service reception area efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from booking to vehicle collection.
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to prioritize workload.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Uphold the company's standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a car dealership or car service center is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven customer service experience and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
