Our well-established client based in Sutton Coldfield are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Training Coordinator include:
- Updating and maintaining the internal training platform
- Researching relevent courses and training
- Overseeing training events
- Gather information and collate reports
- Coordinate training and events
- Ensuring learners can access all learning materials
The ideal candidate for this role will have previously coordinated training and events.
You must have excellent IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft package.
You will be dealing with customers on a daily basis, both face-to-face and via telephone/email, so you must be a confident communicator. You must have good people skills and be able to hold presentations.
