Description
The Finance Assistant will;
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise when required
- Downloading information and recording on relevant databases and trackers
- Housekeeping of data/files on local drive
- Email mailbox maintenance - high volume
- Processing of Real Estate Account invoices into property database
- Supporting Real Estate team with progress on workload backlog
- Adhoc duties assigned by team leader / team manager
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong ethics, with a high level of honesty and integrity
