SF Recruitment are looking for an Immediate Temporary Administrator for our Key client in Sutton in Ashfield. Duration: 2 Months Location: Sutton in Ashfield Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hourImmediate Availability RequiredJob DescriptionWe are urgently seeking an Immediate Temporary Administrator to join our clients team and provide support with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, controlling, uploading, and archiving quality documentation and certificates, as well as assisting with general administration duties. Responsibilities

  • Compile, control, upload, and archive quality documentation and certificates in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Perform general administration duties including answering phones, checking, copying, scanning, and archiving documents as needed.
  • Enter data using word templates, spreadsheets, PDF editor, and the company's software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company information, customer account details, restricted documents, and data.
  • Compile document packs and use customer portals for submittal of quality records for customer approval.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding certification and certification amendments, and communicate with customers regarding documentation queries/issues.
  • Adhere to health and safety responsibilities at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, following established guidelines for document management and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in document management, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with customer portals and document management software is advantageous.
