Even during these unprecedented times, my client a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual". They have consistently grown and evolved over the last couple of years and this is something that is not going to change.

Their Brokerage Operation division is now seeking an additional Corporate Actions Senior Associate to join a team responsible for identifying, tracking, processing, and reporting all Corporate Action events and Dividends, which effect any security position held by clients on their Retail Investment Platform.

The role will involve working on relevant items applicable to their asset universe and be part of a team managing/processing events, including:

  • Validating entries in the Books and Records system
  • Providing support, guidance, and direction to the junior and senior team members
  • Drafting and maintaining departmental procedure
  • Initiation and monitoring or corporate action notifications
  • Managing the resolution of queries, resolving custody reconciliation breaks (cash & stock) and participating in departmental projects.

As someone who is a self-starter with a dynamic "can do" attitude with a strong desire to make things happen and with a willingness to undertake Industry Qualifications - IOC, you will already possess global corporate actions experience ideally gained from within a brokerage environment and be someone who has a strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to work effectively during pressure periods prioritising multiple tasks.

  • The role is offered on a flexible hybrid working arrangement where you only need to be in the office 2 days a week.

Further information including information of the remuneration and benefits package that includes bonus potential, free parking, onsite gym (free) and a 10% non-contributory pension scheme ares available on application
