Your new companyOver several decades, our client has developed a reputation for excellence; utilising cutting-edge technology alongside traditional methods, they have consistently delivered for their clients, and they demonstrate a high level of care towards both their customers and staff, providing cost-effective, bespoke solutions for the customers.Your new roleThe office manager will have a highly varied and busy role - answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments for surveyors and managing the work diary, organising and up-keeping the filing system, supporting tenders for new work, preparation and submission of quotes, working directly with suppliers arranging material delivery and processing engineers' time sheets. You'll work with customers ensuring their information and supplier information is added to the companies' database, chase outstanding invoices and work closely with engineers and subcontractors to support the progress of projects.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a highly proactive and confident office manager, ideally one who has gained experience working within ther construction industry previously. You'll need to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
