Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a client in the South London/Surrey area.
The ideal candidate should have a few years of experience in a similar role and be looking for opportunities to progress to a senior position.
The role focuses on new build residential projects with an average build value of approximately £2 million.
This is a permanent, office-based position requiring four days in the office and one day on-site, with an immediate start available.
Candidates must have their own transport, previous residential new build experience, and relevant qualifications.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED QUANTITY SURVEYOR FOR A CLIENT BASED IN THE SOUTH LONDON/SURREY AREA

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A FEW YEARS EXPERIENCE I THE ROLE AND LOOKING FOR A POSITION WHERE HE CAN PROGRESS TO A SENIOR ROLE

MY CLIENT DEALS WITH MAINLY NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS, AVERAGE BUILD VALUE APPROXIMATELY 2M

THE ROLE WILL BE OFFICE BASED 4 DAYS A WEEK AND ONE DAY ON SITE
