Sales Executive

Zeal Permanent Placements are currently seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our client in the Swadlincote area.

Job Role:

-Working through historic, Quoted (closed/lost) data to drum up business.
- Working through existing open opportunities to help bring in sales and support our external and internal sales team.
- Learning Salesforce (CRM system) to be able to Quote customers and advise on pricing on the phone.

- Working to support the sales team in reigniting interest from old customers.

- Heavily telephone based role

- Office based role full time and based in Swadlincote.

Experience and qualities required for this role:

- Ideally telesales experience

- Experience in overcoming adversities via phone (recruitment, other sales roles) experience is necessary.

- Experience working with CRM systems - knowledge of sales force is ideal but not essential.

- Strong organisational skills.

- Sales driven with experience in customer service and driving customer spend

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)

- Have a positive can-do attitude, working with a 1-team 1-goal mentality

Salary & Benefits:

- 25-32k salary depending on experience

- Yearly EOT bonus (employee ownership trust) after 12 months of continuous employment EVERY employee qualifies for an EOT bonus which has no upper limits. Currently at £10,000-£14,000 per annum and rising every year! £3,600 is tax free too!
