Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated and efficient School Administrator to join a thriving Secondary School in Swadlincote. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting educational environments, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within the school. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing student records, attendance, and enrolment data.
  • Providing general administrative support to staff, students, and parents.
  • Handling incoming communications and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assisting with the organisation of school events and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using school management systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
