**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with behavioral difficulties. This full-time role is based in Linton and requires a commitment from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to help the child succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide 1:1 support to a child with behavioral difficulties.- Implement strategies to manage and improve behavior.- Assist with academic tasks and provide personalized learning support.- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are met.- Monitor and record the child's progress, providing regular feedback.

**Requirements:**

- Experience working with children with behavioral difficulties.- A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
