Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a Site Agent for major rail projects as part of the CP7 framework in the Kent area.
Ideal candidate will have strong rail and civils background for work on station, track and bridge/structures packages.
Responsibilities:
路Lead a significant section of the project as the Site Agent.
路Take full ownership and accountability for cost management of your project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness.
路Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities and medium-term plan against the contract programme.
路Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with client and Network Rail standards.
路Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members
路Delegate work packages to subcontractors and sign off on work completed as part of these projects.
Experience/qualifications:
路Experience working on Civils projects ideally in a Rail environment.
路Proven technical and project management abilities
路Strong organisational and management skills
路Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
路Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work
路Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment
路Sufficient experience required in construction.
路5 years' experience in delivery of Projects on Network Rail Infrastructure
路PTS
路CITB SMTS or equivalent
路CSCS
路Temporary Works Co-ordinator
