Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician seeking a rewarding opportunity in Swansea? Our client, a reputable company in the facilities management sector, is actively seeking a skilled individual to join their dynamic team.

Qualifications Required:

  • Fully qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent)
  • Relevant electrical certifications (such as 18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
  • Experience in facilities maintenance preferred
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting electrical maintenance and repair work on-site
  • Performing routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
  • Responding to call-outs and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
