- Manage the CEO’s diary and calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to maximise time efficiency.
- Monitor, prioritise, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare agendas, briefing packs, board papers, and presentation materials; attend meetings to take accurate minutes and log actions.
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, booking accommodation, transport, and site visits.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and sense-check key documents, including board packs and reports, highlighting discrepancies where necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing access to the CEO’s time and resources.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate executive and company events, including board meetings and off-sites.
- Support projects by conducting research, tracking deadlines, and following up on actions.
- Process expenses, manage invoices, and track budgets for the CEO.
- Has proven PA/EA experience at CEO/Board level in a fast-paced environment.
- Is highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
- Communicates confidently and can influence at senior level.
- Can adapt quickly to changing demands while maintaining professionalism.
- Has strong IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, Google Workspace, Teams).
