Your new companyAn independent Accountancy Practice is looking to add a key hire to head up the Tax team. You will be overseeing a team of 4 people for compliance services and bringing advisory skills to the business. This practice is in an excellent location in SA1 Swansea and has a really tight-knit team. Your new role
- Coordinate the activities of the tax department.
- Schedule and delegate tasks amongst team members.
- Ensure the department provides high-quality tax services to both businesses and individual clients.
- Extend advisory services to individuals and businesses.
- Ensure clients' tax dealings comply with relevant tax laws.
- Review and approve tax returns
- Business Development
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to be a qualified Tax Professional. Qualified by experience applications will be considered.
- Mixed Tax experience
- Being able to manage a team and delegate workloads
