Quality Supervisor

As a Quality Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring excellence in our operations. Yolk Recruitment is proud to partner with our client in the search for a standout individual who thrives on proactive problem-solving and is passionate about raising the bar on quality standards.

In this role, you won't just be overseeing quality processes-you'll be a driving force behind our commitment to excellence. Working hand-in-hand with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, you'll lead the charge in ensuring that every aspect of our production, packaging, assembly, and warehouse operations meets and exceeds the highest quality standards.

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Leading initiatives for enhancing QC in collaboration with department heads.
  • Overseeing the QC team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Efficiently addressing both internal and external (CAPA) production quality issues.
  • Creating and upholding quality instructions, specifications, and standards.
  • Taking the lead in improving supplier quality.
  • Facilitating training sessions on quality for production staff.
  • Providing mentorship on quality matters to both QC and Production teams.
  • Performing audits on the production quality system.
  • Guaranteeing effective management of non-conforming products.
  • Improving KPIs related to First Off Inspection and Shipping Release processes.
  • Identifying and minimising risks in assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Managing comprehensive records and performance indicators

  • Sound understanding of GMP.
