What will your day to day responsibilities be?
- Service, repair & maintenance of MFD's
- Achieve high first time fix level for calls
- Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
- Manage vehicle stock
- Covering the areas of South Wales / Swansea
Requirements
We will consider any experienced photocopier or break fix service engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer
- Strong customer facing skills and experience
- Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
- Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
- Proven technical experience - electro mechanical
- Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
