Support Ethics is a relatively new healthcare agency thats rapidly expanding throughout the UK. We currently provide a safety net for residential care and supported living services across the country.
What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a compassionate and flexible individuals to join our growing company. As a crucial member of our team, the successful candidates will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to clients while assisting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services. The position requires a strong commitment to the well-being of clients, and excellent communication skills.
For this specific role, you will be working with children with complex needs and disabilities, providing quality service that meets the demands of these individuals. We are looking for kind, empathetic and patient healthcare workers have a history and passion for working in these kinds of settings. You will also need to be a minimum age of 22 years old to be eligible for this post.
What do you need?
- An enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Previous experience in children's residential care, supported living or domiciliary.
- Positive Behaviour Training.
- UK Driving License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and passion for improving lives.
